Dr. Magnus Nilsson has been the Head of the Division of Surgery, CLINTEC, at Karolinska Institutet since June 1, 2014 and also Senior Consultant surgeon at the Division of Upper Abdominal Surgery at the Center for Digestive Diseases (Gastrocentrum) at Karolinska University Hospital. Since January 1, 2018, Dr. Nilsson is chairman of the steering committee for the Swedish National Registry for esophageal and gastric cancer (NREV).
